All air rings made by Kdesign are designed according to user requirements and are suitable for the following applications:

• Die sizes of up to 2200 mm diameter.
• Stationary and rotating die heads.
• Normal or long-neck bubble.

We offer a wide range of optional equipment for our air rings, such as:

• Motorised lip adjustment
• Lifting devices (for die gap cleaning and production optimisation)
• Housing insulations to avoid the forming of condensed water.
• Blowers and heat exchangers.
• Air distribution systems.
